Feel like your gear is keeping you from making better images? Are you struggling to take your work to the next level? Whether you’re new to photography or just find yourself in a creative rut, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to expand your abilities and gain new perspective in a casual environment. No high end cameras will be allowed. The point of this workshop is to learn how to get the most out of our ‘low end’ gear. For the purposes of this workshop I’ll be using my Canon T3 (pictured above) with a Nikkor 20mm f2.8 lens. It’s a Nikon lens with a canon adapter and has no auto-focus capabilities. And as an added bonus the blades are stuck wide open at f2.8, so it should be a fun challenge to work with.
These small group workshops are designed to provide lots of one-on-one access and give everyone a more hands-on learning experience. No lecturing with slide show, we just dive right in and get started. Each of you will have an impact on the direction of the experience, so come ready to jump in with both feet and explore with us!
